Ingredients: 2 lb Flanken-style beef short ribs; 3/4 cup Kikkoman Takumi Teriyaki Sauce (plus extra for brushing); 1 tbsp Sesame oil (optional, for added depth); Chopped green onions (for garnish); Sesame seeds (for garnish); 1 cup Jasmine rice; 1 cup Coconut milk; 1/2 cup Water; 1/4 tsp Salt; 1 Ripe mango, diced; 2 tbsp Shredded coconut (toasted, optional); 1 tbsp Chopped cilantro or mint (optional)
